Terms of Collaboration

These Terms of Collaboration are entered into by and between ExultX ("ExultX," "we," "us," or "our") and the collaborating party ("Collaborator" or "You").
These Terms govern our collaborative efforts and the use of the resources and information shared on the www.exultx.com website (the "Website"). Please carefully read and understand these Terms before engaging in collaboration with us. By collaborating with us or by clicking to accept or agree to these Terms, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, the Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not participate in collaboration with us.

By participating in collaborations with ExultX, you acknowledge and accept that the compensation primarily involves the promotion of your work and professional identity within the field.
Recognition and Exposure: Collaborators will receive recognition for their contributions through bylines, authorship credits, and profiles on the ExultX website. This recognition aims to highlight your expertise and provide exposure to a wider audience interested in the subject matter.
Author Profiles: Collaborators may have the option to create author profiles on the ExultX website, which will include a brief biography, photograph, and links to your professional social media profiles or websites. These profiles serve as a platform to showcase your expertise and build your professional online presence.
Collaborator's Rights: While ExultX requests certain rights to publish and promote your work on the Website, you retain ownership of your intellectual property rights, as outlined in the "Intellectual Property Rights" section of these Terms of Collaboration.
No Monetary Compensation: ExultX does not provide monetary compensation to collaborators for their contributions. Participation in collaborations is voluntary, and contributors understand that the compensation offered is primarily based on non-monetary benefits.
Additional Agreements: In some cases, ExultX may enter into separate agreements with collaborators for specific projects or partnerships. Such agreements will outline compensation and terms that are specific to the scope of those projects.
Trademark
ExultX's name, logo, slogan, and related marks are trademarks owned by us or our affiliates and licensors. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited without our prior written permission.
Informational Purposes

They do not constitute professional advice, and we do not guarantee the accuracy of the information. Collaborators are responsible for their actions and should seek professional advice when necessary.
No Guarantees as To Results

Termination Clause
Termination by Collaborator: Collaborators may terminate their participation in collaborations with ExultX at any time by providing written notice to ExultX. Upon termination, the collaborator's contributions may continue to be displayed on the ExultX website, and any previously published content will remain available to the public. Collaborators understand that their contributions, once published, become part of the ExultX content archive and will not be removed upon termination.
Termination by ExultX: ExultX reserves the right to terminate a collaborator's participation in collaborations at its discretion, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the collaborator. ExultX may also remove or discontinue the display of a collaborator's contributions on the ExultX website after termination. ExultX will make reasonable efforts to notify the collaborator of the termination and the reasons for such termination.
Post-Termination Rights: Upon termination, collaborators retain the rights to their original works and contributions, subject to the rights previously granted to ExultX under the "Intellectual Property Rights" section of these Terms of Collaboration. Collaborators may republish or reuse their original works in other publications or platforms.
Consequences of Termination: Collaborators understand that termination of collaboration may result in the removal of their author profile and associated promotional features from the ExultX website. Collaborators also acknowledge that any collaborative projects in progress at the time of termination may be reassigned or discontinued at the discretion of ExultX.
Obligations After Termination: Collaborators agree to fulfill any outstanding obligations related to ongoing collaborative projects or contributions even after termination, as outlined in separate agreements or project-specific terms.
Survival: Provisions related to intellectual property rights, confidentiality, indemnification, and other clauses necessary for the protection of ExultX's interests shall survive termination.
No Refunds
All collaboration and purchases are final, and we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
No Warranties
We make no warranties regarding the performance or operation of the Website. All information and services are provided "as is" without warranty.
Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the Website. You accept responsibility for your actions and agree not to hold us liable for any outcomes.
Arbitration
Any disputes arising from collaboration or these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Lisbon, Portugal.
International Users
The Website is controlled from Portugal. Collaborators outside Portugal are responsible for compliance with local laws.
Indemnification

Termination and Access Restriction

No Joint Venture
These Terms do not create a joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and the Medical Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between collaborators and ExultX, superseding all prior communications.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to change these Terms at our discretion. The most current version will supersede previous versions.
